30-day returns
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging.
Requesting a return

Return shipping
We cover return shipping for our errors, damage or defects. Customers cover change-of-mind return shipping. There is no restocking fee. Please consider the cost of returning an item to France.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description so we can arrange an appropriate resolution. Ordinary unused-condition and packaging requirements do not exclude reasonable claims for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
Refunds
Once approved, the amount paid for the returned item will automatically be refunded to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Standard outbound shipping is free. Contact us if an approved refund has not appeared after that period.
